Dr. Kristina Chang
Tustin Office
Dr. Kristina Chang was originally born in South Korea. She grew up in Bakersfield, California where she learned to play the violin and participated in numerous orchestras. She received her bachelor’s of science degree in Biochemistry with a concentration in molecular cell biology at the University of California, San Diego. She then graduated from the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland, California with a medical degree.
After graduation, she completed a surgical residency at Lakewood Regional Medical Center in Lakewood, California undergoing a rigorous surgical training in all aspects of foot and ankle consisting of diabetic limb salvage, forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery, wound care, sports medicine and trauma. She was a chief resident during her final year and was in charge of overseeing her juniors. Dr. Chang has participated as a volunteer in community outreach programs in the South LA County area. She is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association in both local and national chapters.
Dr. Kristina Chang is available for consultation at the Tustin office and is accepting new patients. Her interests are in foot and ankle elective surgery, sports medicine, wound care, and limb salvage. She is also fluent in Korean. She is looking forward to participating more in community outreach programs in the Orange County area, especially in Korean communities.
When she is not working, she enjoys going to the gym daily and traveling. She also has two adorable cats named Luna and Moomoo.

Dr. Sneh L. Mehtani
Riverside Office
Dr. Mehtani practices at the Riverside office. She is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach where she did her Bachelors degree in Biology and a minor in Biochemistry. She subsequently went on to graduate Cum Laude Honors at New York College of Podiatric Medicine where she received her Doctorate Degree after 4 years of extensive didactic and clinical coursework. Following a two year surgical residency training program, which emphasized traumatic injuries and advanced forefoot and rearfoot surgeries, she went on to successfully complete a Fellowship in Podiatric Sports Medicine and Surgery, where she underwent extended training in podiatric surgery and sports medicine.
She continues to be active in her community through Volunteer Work at the Avon Breast Cancer Walks, and March of Dimes Walkathons.
She thoroughly enjoys working with patients of all ages, and welcomes new patients to her practice. A native of Southern California, Dr. Mehtani enjoys rollerblading, going to the movies, and is a strong advocate of good foot health, as many of her patients would be able to relay.
